Lauren Manning Salomon, Ph.D., ACC Certified Executive Coach, Workshop Leader, Consultant Lauren has over 20 years of experience in consulting and coaching to help organizations and individuals envision short term and long-term goals and achieve success. She served as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Manager of Talent and Workforce Strategies at Harris Health, and is currently an Ombudsperson. Lauren’s passion is creating opportunities at Harris Health for employees to grow and to reach their full potential. Her coaching specialties include executive function, communication, career acceleration, career transition, goal setting, and overcoming obstacles to advancement. She also has experience with a wide range of personality assessments, and has conducted leader and executive assessments for numerous clients. |
