Lynn Frostman is focused on developing and implementing Syzygy’s strategy on safety, sustainability, diversity equity & inclusion, organizational development, and community engagement. She previously served as Syzygy’s VP of Engineering, leading the team developing novel photocatalytic reactors that will electrify the manufacturing of chemicals, fuels, and fertilizers, thereby reducing both cost and emissions.

Prior to joining Syzygy, she spent 23 years in the oilfield services industry, including a variety of technical, strategic marketing, and operational roles at Baker Hughes and Newpark Fluids Systems. She holds both B.S. & Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering.  Lynn currently serves as Chair of the External Advisory Board for the Chemical Engineering & Materials Science Department at the University of Minnesota, a member of the Michigan State University Engineering Alumni Board, a member of the Pearland Innovation Hub Advisory Board, and a member of the University of Houston Inclusive Leadership Institute Advisory Board.

Natalia Mendoza, Project Lead Culture, Woodside

Natalia Mendoza is an experienced culture and DEI leader with a proven track record of cultivating a performance-driven and inclusive workplace culture. With a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, culture change and DEI, Natalia has developed and implemented culture and DEI strategy and initiatives to enhance cultural competence, foster inclusive leadership, and ensure equitable opportunities.  Natalia’s approach to culture building is rooted in strategy and building foundations that foster sustainable change.  Natalia's leadership in culture creation and DEI has enhanced employee satisfaction and driven tangible business outcomes.

Natalia has over 25 years’ experience in the Energy and Manufacturing sectors working in Houston, Trinidad and Tobago, and Australia.  Natalia is now leading an organization-wide culture change program.  She is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a postgraduate (Human Resources) of the Institute of Business located in Trinidad.

Daniel Iuston, VP & Chief Human Resources Officer, Crown Equipment Corporation

Daniel Iuston started his HR career in Sydney, Australia, with his first role in Human Resources back in 1994. Having initially studied Industrial Engineering and receiving an associate degree, he found himself enjoying HR and later obtained a business degree majoring in HRM and Industrial relations.

He has worked and lived across three continents, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in all areas of human resources. He moved from Australia in 2010 to Cleveland, OH, with an internal transfer with Lincoln Electric to take on the Director of Leadership Development role. His experience in Asia saw him take on Corporate and Asia Pacific HR roles, ultimately affording an opportunity to assist with a large French acquisition in Europe for Lincoln Electric, and he moved to London, UK, in 2016. Upon his return to the US in 2019, he was promoted to VP of HR for the Global Welding Segment and was tasked with leading the global HR team. In August 2021, he was headhunted for his current role as the VP & CHRO for Crown Equipment, a $5.5 billion manufacturer of fork trucks.
