21st Century leaders are faced with many challenges, one of which is to create inclusive work environments where employees can be unique and belong simultaneously.  Inclusive leadership meets many unconscious challenges, one of which is unconscious bias.

Join us for lunch and an exploration of how biases play at work and their effect on leadership, led by Executive Coach Sonya Ware, CEO of Blue Beagle Consulting. In this event we will learn about Inclusive Leadership and the unconscious challenges that prevent us from succeeding in creating diverse, inclusive work environments; as well as develop practices and techniques to mitigate the negative effects of our unconscious biases on our organizations.

Participants will gain a different perspective and understanding of their own world views, and will get an opportunity to practice perspective-shifting execises.

Sonya Ware, MA, PCC, is an entrepreneur and CEO of Blue Beagle Consulting, who works with high-performing clients who believe, and invest, in personal development and self-mastery.

Her experience ranges from coaching, facilitation, workshops and speaking; where her Clients are challenged to achieve their full-potential, held accountable to their desired outcome, and positioned for higher performance and profitability. Prior to founding Blue Beagle Consulting, Sonya worked 15+ years as a consultant/manager in IT and Energy Fortune 500 companies. She earned a BS in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston; an MA from the University of St. Thomas, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.

Sonya’s niche is working with business-minded believers and making an abundant life available to everyone. Sonya has two lovely sons: Martin and Bryce. She enjoys a good laugh, a good conversation and quality time with family and dear friends. Changing what leaders do, not who they are.
