Everyone is talking about it, but do you really understand how the latest understandings from the field neuroscience can apply to leadership development? Join the HODN for our July monthly meeting to engage in a series of critical reflections on the application of the neuroscience to leadership. Gain fresh insights and renewed focus to help your organization and/or clients tackle some of the most demanding organizational challenges that can be tackled using neuroscience principles.  Through a series of short interactive vignettes, you will be empowered to explain current academic research and debates on neuroscience of leadership.  In addition, guest speaker, Dr. Michael Sullivan, will walk through the application of practical tools to develop and infuse the neuroscience of leadership principles into organizational life.

About the Guest Speaker:

Dr. Michael Sullivan is Organizational Change Consultant & Educator at Think Growth; and Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.  He is an engagement facilitator and growth minded.

His passion is to help organizations and individuals transform into something better.  He facilitates conversations that bridge people with others to move forward to achieve desired goals; working side-by-side with others to creatively build upon strengths and learn from failure to diagnose, deliver, and sustain meaningful people-centered improvements.

Dr. Sullivan has extensive global experience as a change management, organizational development, and talent development lead, consultant, and program manager with several Fortune 500 companies, and has taught in the US and internationally on a variety of business, HR, and academic subjects.
