Yet even the best-designed initiatives can fall short when the human side of change is overlooked. Sustainable transformation happens when leaders intentionally focus on building trust, engagement, readiness, and commitment throughout the journey.
In this interactive session, Rupal Dhruva will share lessons learned from leading large-scale transformation initiatives across global organizations. Through real-world examples and practical frameworks, participants will explore how to identify and address resistance, engage stakeholders, create shared ownership, and strengthen leadership alignment. The discussion will focus on the often-overlooked factors that influence adoption and long-term success.

Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered large-scale transformation programs, built cross-functional partnerships, and helped organizations translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. |
