Join us on Wednesday, August 19th at 6pm at the United Way of Greater Houston for an interactive session led by Rupal Dhruva on leading the human side of transformation.

Organizations spend significant time developing transformation strategies, project plans, governance structures, and success metrics. Yet even the best-designed initiatives can fall short when the human side of change is overlooked. Sustainable transformation happens when leaders intentionally focus on building trust, engagement, readiness, and commitment throughout the journey.

In this interactive session, Rupal Dhruva will share lessons learned from leading large-scale transformation initiatives across global organizations. Through real-world examples and practical frameworks, participants will explore how to identify and address resistance, engage stakeholders, create shared ownership, and strengthen leadership alignment. The discussion will focus on the often-overlooked factors that influence adoption and long-term success.
