Artificial Intelligence is already transforming the way we live and work, from the tools we use in our homes to the systems shaping decisions across our workplaces. As organizations increasingly integrate AI into everyday operations, new opportunities are emerging alongside important questions about disruption, responsibility and the ethical use of these powerful technologies.
This panel discussion will bring together diverse perspectives to explore how AI is reshaping the workplace today and what it may mean for the future of work. Together, we will examine both the promise and the challenges of AI adoption, including how organizations can harness innovation while ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical stewardship, as well as how they can approach reskilling and developing talent.
The conversation will be facilitated by Dr. Seth Osborn, Director of the Masters of I-O Psychology Program at Rice University, and includes a powerful mix of experienced and experimental professionals and researchers in the world of AI.
