Transformation rarely fails for lack of vision. It fails when alignment is mistaken for commitment.

In this focused session, we will explore where change initiatives break down - at the execution line where intention should become accountable action. Designed for senior organizational development practitioners, this applied conversation explores how commitment conversations, cultural infrastructure, and leadership architecture determine whether strategy translates into sustained performance—or remains aspiration.

Mr. Reyes will introduce his framework Liberation–Vitality–Expression framework, and will lead a reflection on reframing transformation as a structural design challenge rather than a communication issue. This session challenges OD leaders to rethink what must be redesigned if transformation is to produce measurable results, connecting the dots:

• Where does alignment stall in your organization?
• Where is ownership diluted?
• What must be redesigned to move from intention to execution?

About our Speaker

Alejandro Reyes is an executive transformation architect and former Chief People Officer with over 25 years of global leadership experience across Motorola, Dell, Laureate Education, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

He has led enterprise-wide cultural and organizational redesign initiatives across the U.S. and internationally. With an engineering foundation and deep experience aligning leadership capability with business performance, Alejandro brings structural rigor to the human side of transformation. His work focuses on closing the gap between aspiration and execution by integrating purpose, capability, and disciplined organizational design, challenging leaders to rethink how commitment is built and how sustainable performance is achieved.
