The adage “check your emotions at the door” doesn’t work.

We have mostly grown accustomed to people saying this, but we know from experience that we can’t just leave our personal lives outside of what we do at work.

If you have experienced pervasive or persistent negative moods at work, that people don’t seem to be able to break away from, this HODN session is for you. We will explore a new perspective on moods and emotions in the workplace. Using the principles of "Commitment-based Management," we will learn how to identify some of the most common corporate moods (both constructive and destructive), and ways to deal with them to transform the workplace into a more productive, happier space.

Through the power of "effective conversations," we will introduce you to language and a set of practices that help people and teams build trust and enhance business results.

  • team leaders
  • facilitators
  • anyone who wants to influence a team direction but lacks formal authority
  • professionals who are looking to understand their moods better and how they impact those around them

Commitment-based Management is a 30-year old discipline used around the world to increase productivity, improve trust, and deliver stellar customer satisfaction.

Please Note:

Mingling/Networking and lunch will commence at 11:00 A.M.
The presentation and discussion will begin at 12:00 noon.
